Bosques Petrificados Sarmiento (Sarmiento Petrified Forest)

In this city the pilgrimages to the Lady of Lourdes sanctuary, which is 12km away, are carried out periodically. The city is also the permanent venue of the “Shark Fishing” National Competition.

It is a magical fishing village and it borders the Camarones Bay, which is 252km away from Trelew and 244km away from Comodoro Rivadavia. You can arrive to the bay by following Provincial Route N° 30.
