




The Forest collects a group of huge fossil trunks dating from over 65 million years ago. It’s made up with multicolored clay soil, volcanic ash and stocky xerophile vegetation.
The island has recreational and historical value because the Luís Piedra Buena Commander, who was a supporter of the Argentine sovereignty over Patagonia.
View to the Cañadón Duraznillo/ Duraznillo canyon (Protected area by the Habitat Foundation) where it was set one of the most important wolves and elephant seals reserves in the world.
